Reviews and Ratings
As parents with kids, the experience at the hotel was a mixed bag. The king suite booked had a very bad view in front of the theater, leading to an immediate move to a family suite upon arrival. The service had its highs and lows, with long check-in times and some issues, but the staff at the bars were good and very kind. The location was a bit inconvenient, away from the main pool and right opposite the show arena. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with an average quality that needs improvement in service, yet a great variety of food suited our needs. The facilities met expectations but could use some enhancement.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, but a bit far from the main restaurant. The service was top-notch, with amazing amenities and activities, although there were some unfriendly staff members. The location was a bit chaotic, and it wasn't ideal to have to pay extra. The dining experience was good but could use improvement in quality. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.
I must say this hotel has its perks but also some drawbacks. The location is not too happening, but it makes up for it with spacious rooms located right opposite the show arena. However, the cleanliness and overall condition were disappointing, making it not the best value for money.
